How long will My Lucky Surprise Box take to arrive?

Based on your special box being curated and not premade, please allow additional time for curation.
Boxes are typically curated w/in 72 hours of your order. Arrival time to your destination will vary depending on location and shipping. You will receive an email update once your order has shipped.

How can I see my box being curated?

At My Lucky Surprise, we think that seeing the curation and boxing can be just as fun as the unboxing! That's why we want you to watch your mystery box order being filled!
When placing your order, please include your TikTok username
so that we can tag you on social!

How do "Lucky Scoops" work and what does that mean?

Each scoop awards you a mystery curation of items w/in your selected category. We encourage you to watch our videos on our social media platforms to 'get the scoop' on what we're all about!
The more scoops, the more items!

While items may vary depending on the scoop, we care about value and work to ensure that it is fulfilled fairly on each order...even if that means adding extra items after the scoop curation is complete!

What if I don't like my items?

My Lucky Surprise Boxes are truly that ... surprises! That's part of the FUN and what a mystery box is all about!
We strive to provide items that you'll love for the category that you select, however, we understand that not everything is for everyone.
When placing your order, we invite you to share with us your FAVE colors and up to four items on the board that you would want replaced, if selected. We will work to make your box beautiful by curating with items in your color scheme, if available, and replacing selected exclusions with items of similar value or nature.

Although returns are not accepted, we do welcome feedback on items that you'd like to see added to our selection!
